When and how you pay the balance
We send payment instructions by email, SMS or WhatsApp after confirming your dispatch window. You choose whether to pay; no balance is charged automatically. Delivery follows within 1–2 weeks of payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund of everything paid. Email hello@ilovepurella.com with your order number and booking email or phone number. No cancellation fee. Refunds go to your original payment method; processing begins within 2 business days, and funds usually arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

When will it ship?

We confirm your dispatch window before asking for the balance, and we tell you if the estimate changes. Once you choose to pay the balance, delivery follows within 1–2 weeks. Is my money safe?
You pay only a small booking amount today (₹99 for Atmos and Terra, ₹199 for Hydrosphere) through secure checkout. It is deducted from your final price, and no balance is charged automatically. Everything you have paid is fully refundable until your order is dispatched.
What if I change my mind?
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund of everything you have paid, with no cancellation fee. Email hello@ilovepurella.com with your order number and your booking email or phone number. Refunds go back to your original payment method; processing begins within 2 business days, and funds usually arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Already pre-booked? In the Refer a Friend panel above, enter your order number to get your personal link, then share it. When a friend pre-books through your link, you both pay 20% off the full price instead of 15% (₹15,999 for Atmos and Terra, ₹39,999 for Hydrosphere). It applies to founding pre-bookings only (the first 100 of each product, placed by 29 November 2026), once per person however many friends you refer. We take the extra 5% off the balance for both of you when we send payment instructions. Bookings cancelled before dispatch don't count.
Is GST included?
Yes. Purella launch prices include GST. Any delivery charges are shown to you before you pay the balance.
How do I claim my warranty?
Register your Purella on our website using "Register Your Purella" in the footer. Your warranty runs from your delivery date: 1 year as standard, or 2 years for founding pre-bookings (the first 100 of each product, placed from 1 October to 29 November 2026). If you ever need help, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@ilovepurella.com.
Will replacement filters be easy to get?
Yes. Replacement filters for Atmos and Hydrosphere cost less than comparable filters from other brands, and we will always keep them available, so your Purella keeps working at its best for years.
Does Hydrosphere need installation?
No. Hydrosphere needs no installation, so there is no technician visit to arrange.
